Before You Apply

To maintain the standards of Crystal Crescent, all applicants must:

  • Hold valid insurance.

  • Hold relevant qualifications.

  • Work professionally and respectfully.

  • Respect the privacy of all clients, staff and other practitioners.

  • Agree to our rental terms and conditions.

One therapist per room. Room sharing is not permitted.

Deposit & Fees

A refundable security deposit is required before moving into your room.

Cleaning Service (Optional)

£20 per week

Ideal for professionals who would prefer Crystal Crescent to maintain the room throughout the week.

Successful applicants will be required to pay a refundable security deposit and sign a rental agreement before moving in.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

To maintain a professional environment for all practitioners and clients:

• One practitioner per room.

• Rooms may not be shared, sublet or rented to third parties.

• The privacy and confidentiality of all clients, staff and visitors must be respected at all times.

• Practitioners may leave equipment within their allocated workspace.

• External branding, signage or promotional displays are not permitted outside individual rooms.

• Retail products must remain within your own workspace and may not be displayed in communal areas.

• Practitioners are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

• Appropriate qualifications and insurance must be held for all services offered.

• Crystal Crescent reserves the right to refuse or terminate rental agreements that do not align with our professional standards.

We are selective about who joins Crystal Crescent as maintaining a high standard benefits every practitioner and client within the building.
