Valid insurance is required.
Relevant qualifications must be held for all treatments performed.
Government-issued photo ID may be requested before your first booking.
The room must be left clean and in the condition it was provided.
All waste, including clinical waste, must be disposed of correctly by the practitioner.
Only approved treatments may be carried out within the Clinical Suite.
Respect for neighbouring practitioners and their clients is expected at all times.
Crystal Crescent reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not meet our professional standards.
