How do I book an appointment?

You can book via our booking link or contact form. Once confirmed, you’ll receive full appointment details.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable. Some services will require you to pay the full total amount.
What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

Do I need to be a member to book in?

Yes, you do need to be a CC Club member to book in. You can start with the LITE Membership if you don’t book services very often. This will give you access to the calendar availability for when you do want to book.
Occasional visitors may favour from the LITE Membership plan. This gives you access to timings and staff availability along with upcoming product offers. the PRO Membership plan is best for monthly visitors who receive discounts on services and products along with booking flexibility. The VIP Membership is for visitors who prefer luxury services every month and receive an extra discount on add on services and products.

Yes, our courses are fully accredited by ABT LIMITED and designed to meet industry standards.
Do I need experience to enrol?

No, beginner-friendly options are available. Each course will state any requirements.
Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, all students receive certification upon successful completion.
Do you offer part time training

Yes, you can reach us once you have completed your course and we can offer part-time on- hands training within Crystal Crescent
